“The arts are a necessity. A doctor will keep your heart beating, but the arts are why you want your heart to keep beating.”
The arts are what run my life. Without them, I would have never been able to find myself and be who I am today. However, “the arts” aside, I believe that everything is a form of art. No matter what your profession or what you choose to do with your life, you are contributing to your own art. The art I chose to pursue in my life is advertising, graphic design, and photography. With these three combined, I’ve realized my full potential and passion. Today, I’m an aspiring creative director and am excited to see where this path takes me.
I have a range of intern experience to accompany my passions: art director intern at Boston based advertising agency MMB, digital marketing intern at Central Square Theater, marketing and event coordinator at Su Escuela Language Academy, and digital marketing intern at Jillian’s Lucky Strike and Whisky Saigon. I also have volunteer experience as a producer and director for non-profit children’s theater organization Kids’ Cabaret.
